So been trying to get back into the exercising habit.
Monday - mum and bubs water class (killer)
Tuesday - 1 hour Wii fit. I just use the Wii Fit game, start off with some step or boxing or hula hoop to warm up on the easy levels, then I move up to the harder levels and do some strenth exercises and some balance exercises (good for my poor arthritic ankle) then a little more cardio and some yoga...it's such a good work out and fun!
Wednesday - Mums and bubs hill climb, I missed that class (read about it here), and a 1 hour Wii Fit work out.
My muscles are aching already and it feels sooooo good! I love that sore feeling after exercising, it's very satisfying!
I have a couple extras today at a mothers group, a small piece of a choc chip weetbix slice thing and a smal piece of a cherry ripe slice thing....I could have done a lot worse but I didn't. And it's nice to still be able to have something nice every now and then.
Anyway I have more Wii'ing schedule for tonight and I'm waiting to hear from the people running the challenge, there is supposed to be 1 fitness class a week included so hoping we get to do that some time over the weekend. PLUS the lawn needs mowing...best exercise ever!
